Wow, it's been a while =/ Sorry for my dead-like activity on here Fifth Form is horrible... They're not really giving us a lot of time to work on things except study and assignments. On top of that, I've got modeling work, photography, a relationship and dancing. A few weeks back, I just finished managing a Musical. In about one hour, I'll be leaving to sing at a local youth lounge. My life overall: HECTIC

Modeling/Photography/Musical

The local private boys' school did an amazing showcase of All Shook Up. All Shook Up is an appropriation of Shakespeare's Twelfth Night but takes upon a 1950s twist and is musically based around the works of Elvis Presley. Due to my already ownageing timetable, I decided to have a lesser involvement in it, becoming Assistant Stage Manager for it. It finished up less than a month ago, something I'm quite upset about considering it took up a majority of three weeks of my life, haha.

Photographically speaking, I've been around and about, taking lots of photos for competitions and personal enjoyment. I'll be posting some up soon, so that'll be good for you all to see. I just entered a competition called PixelPrize organised by the Australian Catholic University, submitting my last piece Waterborn. for their theme of 'Unity'.

I'm doing some small time modeling work for fashion photography here and there. Not quite runway quality stuff yet due to school, but be looking out for some fashion photographs arising soon. My brother's doing a series of shoots around Sydney which I'll be a part of, so I'll upload some of them.

Blackbird

There's a local cafe near home which is called the Blackbird. I go every now and then to sing and wait tables when I have the time. So, it's casual work night at the cafe. It's a nice little hang out, where teens to mid-twenties go and spend time together in an intimate little lounge, listening to a small jazz band play or something. It's nice because a lot of budding singers get feedback from there, and I know a lot of youth bands around are formed at the Blackbird. I've lately gotten together with a guy who lives North-East of the area named Nate. We've started writing songs together when we've got the time. I might record some of my songs soon, when I'm next free.
